Step 1
Click "File" on the top menu bar. Then, the "File" sub menu bar appears, as shown below.

Click "Submissions". Then, the "Submissions" window appears, as shown below.
There are two categories on the window, "Individual Work" and "Group Work". According to your design, if the table is for individual purposes, the Group Work category will be appended with "not scheduled", and vice versa.
Note that some users are listed under "Missed". This means that they have not yet submitted the table. A user with designer access can create the table on behalf of the user.
